At BTACS, students learn by doing. Through career clusters, technical instruction, and work-based internships. Our programs help students explore career pathways, build practical skills, and gain real industry experience before graduation.
At BTACS, we provide career and technical education (CTE) programs in Guam designed to prepare students for college, careers, and industry certifications.
Through a combination of career clusters, programs, and work-based learning, students gain real-world experience while still in high school.
Our programs focus on helping students build career readiness skills, technical knowledge, and professional confidence across multiple industries
Career Clusters are 60-minute classes held at the start of each school day, providing students with structured exposure to industry-specific skills and career pathways.
These programs introduce students to high-demand career fields worldwide, helping them explore interests early while building foundational technical skills that support internships and future employment.
Our work-based learning program places students directly into real businesses every Wednesday, allowing them to apply what they learn in the classroom.
Through these 16 partnered internships, students gain valuable experience in professional environments across Guam, preparing them for both college and the workforce.
